Minutes from the November 30, 2015 meeting were not approved due to no quorum.

COMMITTEE BUSINESS
Andy Gentile from Colliers stated that we are tracking on budget. Currently we have received approximately 96% of the furniture and equipment orders. Still waiting on small wares, art supplies and a couple of desks. Next week the technology will be arriving.

PROJECT DISCUSSION/UPDATES
A. Construction Status Update provided by Andy Gentile
Currently the contractor is working on the punch list. Everyday group of people are there working on items. The items that are left are ecstatic. There is nothing to stop the students from coming in. There is still a little base contract work that needs to be completed in the gym. The railings will be arriving this week.

Mayor Alcombright asked about Colegrove Park as the landscaping was to be put back to what was originally there. Margo Jones stated she would look into this.

B. JWA Update
Margo Jones stated they are continuing to create punch lists. Once PDS states they are done with the punch list then Jones Whitsett will review everything.

Matt Neville asked about the fire wrap on the kitchen exhaust and if they had decided what would be done. Currently there is a temporary fix using a tarp.

Margo stated that cleaning has been an issue and the have been looking at it closely and will be discussing with PDS.

C. Other Concerns
The move from Sullivan started today. Connors Brothers were at Sullivan today taking packed
boxes.

Mayor Alcombright stated we need to think about a day for a public open house towards the end
of January. He also stated that the students and parents who toured Colegrove last week were
genuinely pleased and has received positive feedback especially about the gym.

FUTURE MEETINGS
The next will be January 4, 2016 at City Hall in Conference 202 (second floor) at 5 pm.

AJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:22 pm
Respectfully Submitted,
Nancy Ziter
