10,674-5 Petition submitted to Council President from Berkshire Hills Development Co., LLC to amend the Zoning Map, which was referred to the Planning Board at the meeting of April 15th.

10,674-5 An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance designated as the Appendix, amending the map defined in Chapter 2 entitled Classes of Districts, sub section 2.2, entitled Building Zone Map.

11,596 An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2-27 of the Revised Ordinances, Schedule A, the Classification Plan and Section 2-28 (a), Section B the Compensation Plan for FY’18, which was passed to a second reading and publish as required by law at the meeting of June 13th.

11,597 Mayor’s communication #32 recommending the re-appointment of Eric Kerns to the Public Arts Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2022, which was postponed at the meeting of Jun 13th.


9,513-26 An Ordinance amending Chapter 7 entitled Public Services, Section 7-11 entitled Disposal of Waste at the Transfer Station; Charges, which was passed to a second reading and publish as required by law at the meeting of June 13th.
