• Case No: SPA2018-50 Application of Michael Dowling for property located at 231 Eagle Street (Liberty Street frontage). Special permit requested pursuant to Section 12.4 Site Plan Approval of the North Adams Zoning Ordinance for the construction of self-storage units in an R-3 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-51 Application of Berkshire Kettlebells for property located at 60 Roberts Drive. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a strength training gym in an I-1 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-52 Application of Sarah Raschdorf and Ashley Priester for property located at 65 Main Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a gift shop and massage therapy business in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-53 Application of Mountain One for property located at 85 Main Street. Special permit requested for faηade work on a building in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-54 Application of Matthew J. Tatro for property located at 20 Marshall Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a buffet style restaurant and convenience store located in a CB-2 zone.
