Cemetery Commission

The North Adams Cemetery Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor.  Members of the Cemetery Commission serve three-year terms and require reappointment by the Mayor.  Vacancies occurring on the Commission may be filled in the same manner, but only for the balance of an unexpired term.

The Cemetery Commission is responsible for advising the Commissioner of Public Services on matters related to the management and operations of the various cemeteries in the City of North Adams.
