11,592-2 An Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of North Adams entitled Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Section 13-56 entitled Authority to Install, which was amended and passed to a second reading and publish as required by law at the meeting of July 25th.
11,589-1 An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article of the Revised Ordinance of the City of North Adams by adding a new sub-section, which was referred to the City Solicitor and postponed at the meeting of July 11th.
11,592-1b Communication submitted by the North Adams Traffic Commission for the removal of 2 parking meters on the south west side of American Legion Drive.
11,616 Mayor’s communication #47 recommending a transfer from the Parking Meter Reserve Account to Public Safety-Police.
11,616 An Order appropriating the sum of $42,891.36 from the Parking Meter Reserve Account to Public Safety-Police.
11,617 Mayor’s communication #48 recommending a Borrowing Order for Capital Items.
11,617 An Order authorizing the Treasurer with the approval of the Mayor to borrow the sum of $783,910 for the purchase of Capital Items.
